| Admission buttons for the 3td Annual North Smithfield Great Pumpkin Festival will be sold at various locations throughout the town. Organizers for the event will have 5,000 buttons on hand for this year’s festival, which sold out completely at last year’s very successful event. According to Katy Hall, festival co-coordinator, “We expect an even bigger turn out this year, so we are urging people to purchase their buttons early.”

The North Smithfield Great Pumpkin Festival is being held on Saturday, September 19, 2009 on the grounds of the North Smithfield High School from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, rain or shine. For more information about the event, contact Katy Hall at 769-9130 or email at info@greatpumpkinfestival.com.
